Service Concept



We advocate full-process and all-staff service, implement the service concept and service awareness into the hearts of every employee, and ensure the perfect quality of the service process and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise through professional pre-sales service, in-sales service that is integrated with customers, and after-sales service that helps customers troubleshoot and solve problems. The company has a full-time customer service department, and five other functional departments cooperate with the customer service department, including the information department and the order department to solve different problems for different customers; the customer service department also has a professional knowledge base and professional technicians to answer customers' questions in a timely manner;

We strive to build a customer service system with "direct feedback, synchronous response, and system linkage". Frontline personnel will promptly transmit customer issues to relevant departments of the company. All departments will simultaneously initiate support and resolution procedures, and based on full communication, formulate overall solutions as soon as possible to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

At present, the company has equipped professional after-sales service personnel in all provinces, cities and autonomous regions across the country, providing after-sales joint warranty services for all products nationwide, allowing users from all regions to enjoy post-sales services with confidence, and ensuring that customer opinions, fault reports, etc. are fed back to the company's customer service department as soon as possible.

Expansion and growth, smart manufacturing for the future

In 2020, the factory expanded its scale and introduced advanced large-scale automated production machinery, further enhancing production efficiency and product quality. We added several automated production lines, which not only significantly shortened production cycles but also improved the precision and consistency of our products. The factory's monthly production capacity reaches 3,000,000 toy cars, with a production cycle of approximately 45 days.

Our Product Advantages

Our main product are the pullback cars, available in both die-cast and plastic material types.

We have innovatively introduced self-developed fully automated production technology to manufacture key components—specifically the gearboxes. The gearboxes are made with stainless steel springs and encased in high-performance POM engineering plastic, significantly enhancing the product’s durability and performance stability.

Furthermore, our car tires are produced using advanced injection molding techniques, effectively improving both safety and durability to meet the high standards required by global markets. Compared to similar products on the market, our pullback cars not only feature optimized designs that enhance their weight and feel, but also incorporate innovative body artwork that brings a fresh visual experience. This offers consumers a unique user experience and aesthetic value.

Our Production Process

 

Our pullback car production adopts a one-stop service, with the entire process completed in-house at our own factory, eliminating the need for third-party intervention. This ensures both high efficiency and high quality. From zinc alloy die-casting to form the car body, to pad printing and spray painting for the exquisite appearance, and finally, to machine testing for quality assurance—every stage is meticulously controlled.

The core component, the gearbox, is manufactured using automated production lines, ensuring stable performance and higher precision. In the final stage, manual assembly is used to perfect the details, ensuring that each toy car meets outstanding quality standards. The fully in-house production process not only shortens lead times but also guarantees consistent product quality and better alignment with customer requirements.
